Sahayogi is built by Impact Tech Hub in Banepa. What makes it different is a few decisions we made early and wrote down.
Five things we settled early

Seekers pay us nothing.
Not to browse, visit, offer or pay rent. No room-showing fee, no commission.

Rent runs on Baisakh, not January.
Bills, receipts and due dates follow the Bikram Sambat calendar, with the Gregorian date beside them.

We open one city at a time.
A place appears here only once it holds enough live listings to be a real choice.
- 04
The Verified badge means a person read it.
A new listing waits up to 48 hours for a reviewer. If nobody reaches it by then, it goes live without the badge and stays in our queue until someone reads it. A listing with an automated flag always waits for a person, and nothing is removed by a machine.

If we ever charge, you’ll see it coming.
Free during early access. Paid plans would come with at least sixty days’ notice and nothing charged until you opt in.
If we can’t show you the row, it doesn’t go on the page.
Every claim on this site has to point at a record in our database.
- No “3 people are viewing this right now.”
- No crossed-out price we invented to flatter today’s.
- No “only one left” unless there is genuinely one left.
- No paid placement without the word Sponsored on it.
- No promise about how an owner will behave. Only what was checked, and when.
