Nothing today. Every plan is free during early access, for seekers, owners, agencies and builders alike. Seekers stay free permanently. If paid plans ever arrive they will sit with agencies and builders rather than with seekers, and the pricing page carries the commitments in full: at least sixty days’ notice, at least twelve months’ free access to what you already use, and nothing charged without your say-so.
